We would firstly recommend checking the size chart located on each product page.
Use the measurements, as each brand can be slightly different in fit.
Secondly each club and school has a size pack on site and if unsure try to size up in advance of ordering
Thirdly if your team mates already have products from the team store please compare against them
On items that are customised to order - returns are not accepted. However what we try to do is our best to facilitate each customer by doing our best to swap that item with any new orders that come in for that item. Please contact us with your order number, item with the size issue and your club name. We will be in contact to see can we find a swap partner. How can I find out my size? Please use the size guides attached on the page for each product.
Normally all orders are shipped within 2-5 days - standard time currently is 48 hours. If an item is out of stock and needs to be reordered you will be informed via email about the delay. At that point you can get a full refund or wait until the new date. For items that are on Pre-Order the given date for delivery should be on the product. If its not clear please contact us.
Sometimes if items are a mix of bespoke made to order products and stock items, Team Wear Store will with agreement from the host club send out stock orders in advance directly to the person who has ordered. The remainder of the order will go directly to the club to be distributed by the club contact. You will be notified if this is the case.
We use DPD for our delivery logistics. For each order you will receive and email with tracking and a text with a delivery window time. If you need to change that or the delivery area you can follow the instructions on that email. If you have not provided us with a correct email or phone number you will not receive these.
