Returns
As most items are printed to order, returns are limited to only pre printed items like non customised jerseys and socks. You have 30 calendar days to return any non customised item from the date you received it. A non customised item would be for example a bespoke jersey or custom club socks that are already produced by the brand and have no initials added to them. Customising includes adding a clubs crests or adding a set of initials. If you are not sure please confirm with us in advance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Pricing Errors and Order Cancellation
We make every effort to ensure that all product information, including prices, displayed on our website is accurate and up to date. However, in the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price (including €0 or significantly below the usual retail price), we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve this right under applicable consumer protection and contract law, and by placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please return via express or normal post only items to Team Wear Store.ie, Unit 5, Enterprise Centre, Moneen, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland, F23 NV24. Any loss in transit is the responsibility of the customer.
