Shipping policy

We use DPD for all our shipping needs. They run a next day delivery service on the island of Ireland and will send customers both a text and email with delivery tracking and info (as long as the correct email and phone are provided).

Please manage your delivery through DPD communications, you can amend the delivery location or time in cases where you will not be available to receive the parcel. In cases where the customer is not available to sign of the delivery DPD, leave the parcel at the safest possible location at the confirmed address. This delivery is time stamped and is verified by GPS for its drop off location. 

We must be notified within 24 hours of a missing or damaged delivery. Always please check around the property or with neighbours first.
